SUJAYA INGALE
Head – Scientific Initiatives – Venture Center
Sujaya leads and coordinates Scientific & Prototyping Initiatives at Venture Center. She manages scientific resources, facilities, services and ensures Environment Health and Safety compliance at Venture Center.
She is M.Sc. in Microbiology (Pune University). She has several years of research experience in biotechnology projects, experience in setting up and oversight of Venture Center’s Lab facilities, running and assisting in proof-of-concept projects, and in creating, planning and organizing technical and scientific workshops for life sciences students and scientists.
ANJAN KUMAR N
Manager | Head Engg Design, Prototyping & Testing
Anjan is working as a Lead – Product Design & Prototyping in Venture Center. He is a Mechanical Engineer graduate from CMR Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. He is responsible for supporting the startups, innovators, budding entrepreneurs at Venture Center in Product Design and Prototype Development. He has specialization in designing of functional and non-functional prototypes, developing POC’s, converting POC to Prototype and end Products, Reverse Engineering and also comes up with strong problem-solving skill. He has actively been involved in the development of prototypes majorly in healthcare, automobile, renewable energy, biotech, cutlery, agro based, etc. He is also responsible for running facilities at Protoshop and also setting up technical and non-technical workshops at Protoshop.
ADARSH LODHI
Senior Engineer – Product Design and Prototype
Adarsh is working as a Senior Engineer – Product Design and Prototype. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 4 years of industry experience in product design of medical devices. Adarsh lives and breathes design and feels that through good design specialists in different fields can collaborate and create better living conditions for everyone.
Himanshu Kunjam
Senior Associate – Engineering Design and Prototyping
Himanshu Kunjam is a Senior Associate at Protoshop, Venture Center, with an Integrated M.Sc. in Physics from the Center for Basic Sciences, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
He is involved in planning and executing Protoshop services, with expertise in electrical hardware development, PCB design, embedded programming, and system-level problem solving. His experience includes designing single-layer to multilayer PCBs and working on multidisciplinary product-development challenges.
With a strong foundation in physics and hands-on engineering experience, Himanshu contributes to prototype development, electronics integration, and solving complex technical problems at Protoshop.
Sushrut Tilwankar
Associate – Engineering Design and Prototyping
Sushrut Tilwankar is an Associate – Engineering Design and Prototyping at Protoshop, Venture Center. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU). His expertise includes electronics and embedded systems, PCB design, firmware development, sensor and actuator integration, hardware prototyping, testing, and debugging. He contributes to multidisciplinary product development and rapid prototyping projects at Protoshop.
